Skin Logic – Client Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Skin Logic, you agree to the following terms.

Client Information
Clients must provide accurate contact details. A medical history form is required before treatment. All data is handled in line with UK data protection laws and kept confidential.

Bookings & Deposits
A £30 fee is required for prescriber consultations.
This is redeemable against treatment within 6 months.
The fee is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend.

Payments
Full payment is due on the day of treatment.
We accept cash and major debit/credit cards.

Cancellations & No Shows
Minimum 48 hours’ notice required.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings.

Late Arrival
Late arrival may reduce treatment time or result in cancellation.

Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable.

Consent
Written consent is required before treatment. Results cannot be guaranteed.
Failure to disclose medical information voids liability.

Refunds
All treatments and products are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Liability
Skin Logic is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Treatments are undertaken at the client’s own risk following consent.
